As early as you like. Tours are often out for bid anywhere from six months to a couple of weeks ahead, and the earlier we are in, the more we can do in preproduction, truck packs, and pre-vis to make the run smooth. We can also move fast when a tour comes together late.
Yes. We have supported tours on nearly every continent from South America to Asia with 24/7 coverage across every time zone. We plan logistics, freight, and crew around wherever the routing goes. No matter the distance, you'll have our team's support.
Our gear is kitted specifically for touring: it loads in clean, packs tight to save truck space, sets and strikes fast, and is built to thrive on the road. Efficient truck packs are part of how we plan every bid.
Yes. We support pre-visualization, media server and lighting programming, and preproduction planning so the show is dialed in before you ever hit the first venue.
Yes. Our scenic and fabrication teams build custom set pieces and creative elements, and integrate them with the lighting, video, and LED package.
