TECHNICAL TRAINING
Our CoiL Learning Center, located at our Orlando headquarters, offers in-person and virtual classes built around three ideas: lead modestly, teach generously, learn intently. It helps employees discover their purpose and grow both personally and professionally.

All employees can join our "Be Well" program for health and wellness activities, and enjoy healthy meals from our in-house chef in The Atrium. Full-time employees and dependents also receive medical, dental, and vision coverage, plus LMG's 401(k) plan.
