KEHLANI: A LIVE, ONE-TAKE MUSIC VIDEO, EVERY NIGHT
THE ONE-TAKE MUSIC VIDEO
LMG delivered all video and all lighting for Kehlani's 2026 amphitheater and arena run, fielding a full touring team across video, LED, and lighting: a video director, a lead camera engineer/EIC, a gimbal operator (doubling on LED), and dedicated LED and lighting crews.
The headline is what that video team pulls off nightly: a live, one-take music video. A wireless gimbal follows Kehlani into places the audience never sees (backstage, beneath the set, behind the staging) and never cuts away. Across the show she moves through fully realized cinematic moments, seated at a vanity, walking down an alley, a choreographed sequence with one of her dancers, all captured in a single continuous shot and cut live to IMAG. The same team that loads in the rig, runs the show, and strikes it that same night executes that music video live, in one take, every night.

SCALED FOR ARENAS
The wireless video package is a scaled-up evolution of what LMG built for The Kid Laroi, moved up from large theaters to amphitheater and arena stages. Lighting is integrated into the set itself, running backstage and through the stairs with LED and fixtures sitting immediately against one another. The rig also marks the debut of the Acme Tornado, new to LMG's inventory, with roughly 60 of them across the floor and the rig. A single Tornado stands in for five conventional fixtures, so the team builds dense arrays from one unit and one data-and-power run where five used to be required. The run has been a commercial standout, selling out essentially every room, arena dates included.
