Kesha’s “Tits Out” tour marks the biggest North American headline run of her career and her first album release as an independent artist. For LED Engineer Uven Lauzan, it’s also a milestone: helping bring the pop icon’s bold vision to life just one year after joining LMG’s LED team.
THE FIRST SPARK

“I went into it wanting to learn everything—audio, lighting, video, LED. I got a foundational understanding of all those departments, but also everything that goes into a show’s life cycle.”
EARNING HIS STRIPES
After completing his internship, Uven joined LMG through the FlexForce program, where he continued building his skills across departments. During that time, he freelanced on tour as an LED tech for family entertainment shows, often serving as the sole LED tech on small crews. The experience sharpened his technical knowledge, leadership skills, and ability to adapt to different venues. Motivated to grow and take on greater challenges, Uven returned to LMG with a clear goal: join the LED team full-time. In March 2024, he made it official.
STEPPING INTO THE BIG LEAGUE
Fast forward to June 2025: the skills and relationships Uven has cultivated helped prepare him for his first large-scale touring opportunity with us. On the “Tits Out” tour, he was responsible for building LED infrastructure, running power and data, leading stagehands, and operating a camera during the show.
BEHIND THE GLOW
The rig features ROE CB5 tiles for the upstage and triangle walls, BM4 tiles for the LED dance floor, and SX40 processors to keep it all running seamlessly.
“CB5s are durable, bright, and perfect for the viewing distance. Even on camera they look amazing. The dance floors are built to be walked and danced on, so they add another level of content to the show. It provides a different dimension and displays a lot of cool effects during certain songs.”
A big highlight of the show is the combination of the upstage wall and circular lighting truss, nicknamed “The Stargate” by the crew.

For Uven, touring with Kesha reaffirmed his long-standing goal of building a career in entertainment.
AS UVEN REFLECTS,
“I did music in high school and had a lot of cool experiences and memories. I want to work in a space where I can provide that experience for other people as well. That’s the biggest driving force for why I went into entertainment and AV in general.”

This spring, The Driver Era hit the road with a tour that pushed creative boundaries and set a new bar for seamless production. From theatrical storytelling and cinematic camera interactions to flexible rigging solutions, this tour was a showcase of artistry, adaptability, and planning.
Two Friends – Heat Wave Tour
The Heat Wave Tour marked another milestone in the creative collaboration between the electronic duo Two Friends and their longtime design team. Lighting Designer and Programmer Mike Sheck, alongside Project Manager and Tour Designer Benjamin Schroeder, crafted a uniquely immersive experience that balanced viral spectacle with emotional subtlety. At the core of this tour’s technical execution was LMG Touring, whose technical support and equipment packaging enabled the production team to push creative boundaries without sacrificing logistical efficiency.
